all the peace i've ever wanted

Had i taken a flight, i would have missed the amazing serene views of Lonawala and Khandala. I was super excited while applying to tifr's vigyan vidushi. I was super happy when i got the acceptance mail. But a week ago, i really did not have a good feeling about this. i was homesick when i went to Bangalore for two days last year. Mumbai and two weeks? But once i sat in train, i knew there was no other way but to go.

The railway station's architecture! Normally, indian railways have entrance to only one platform from where you take a footbridge or something. Here The entrance was to all platforms(ig it's like this in Chennai too?). The roads are super wide. It felt as if I entered another era. The shops, buildings, and all things tata were admiration of art. Minimalism has ruined everything. So many navy buses went by on the way.

I came into the room not knowing what to expect. And yeah it isn't very great. Kinda isolated, aged and scary? But here's all the peace i've ever wanted. The silence and the beats of heavy rain against it. This was all I ever wanted. The people are super nice and we went to campus. The humongous ocean in front of me was overwhelming. It was a situation similar to the one in the Alchemist- you can build pyramids at home one. I now know how tiny a speck i am. I gonna stop worrying too much and let life happen.
