tesseracting through ubuntu versions
I was doing hop-to-hop upgrade to get to latest release of ubuntu(I did not see further steps of kde-builder where qt is taken care of and ended doing upgrades). After each upgrade(which took HOURS since i was doing all this on mobile hotspot brehh) and restart, a new desktop would show up and this felt similar to tesseracting in A Wrinkle in Time.
Well, I got into Season of KDE! i got to know about kde community(and krita i guess) a few years ago during my raandom exploration, thought it was a bunch of super geeks and left. Last year when at kde's booth, a representative from community asked K- What about that girl? To me- Don't you wanna contribute? I said that i would love to but i don't know cpp(until a week ago, i never thought i would ever take up a cpp project, used to be kinda scared, thought it was for sigma alpha competitive coders). He said that I could still learn along the way and should try it. And here I am.
The day you sow the seeds is not the day you enjoy the fruits. The things i did while being on the edge. The days i crawled when i couldn't standup were not in vain. Had i not gone to indiafoss, i wouldn't have known how cool is open-source community. Had i not gone for linux installation, i would be still stuck asking people should i even go for it. The days when i had energy only enough to install element, join kde's mailing-list, create gitlab account but do nothing during hacktoberfest, all have their purpose.
oh my godd! docs these days?!! i told doc that am having anxiety. he asked- once or twice a week? agtesfgvdccdsse? is it some salmon that i have once a week?!
